Beautiful New Driveway in Lymm, Cheshire Transforms Outside Space!
Lasting Impressions recently completed the installation of a stunning new driveway in Lymm, Cheshire!
Neatly laid across the front of the house to accommodate the garage door, the new driveway in Lymm, Cheshire created a substantial area for parking as well a path providing access to the front door and through the side gate.
We were able to install the pattern imprinted concrete driveway up to the existing lawned areas on both sides of the house as our clients wanted to keep these. The grass nicely complimenting the concrete, softening the appearance of it.
From the range of colours and patterns to choose from for a pattern imprinted concrete driveway, our clients opted to have their new driveway in Lymm, Cheshire printed in large London cobble for the pattern and classic grey for the colour. While this is a traditional looking combination, it can adapt to its surroundings, suiting both older and contemporary properties.
As with most surfaces, the area where we laid the pattern imprinted concrete driveway wasn’t completely flat. Instead, it sloped towards the house. As a result, we added an ACO drain across the front of the garage to prevent surface water from flowing into the garage.
We completed the driveway by sealing it with a mid-sheen seal with anti-skid. The anti-skid component in the sealant ensures that while the surface has a lovely glossy shine to it, it is not slippery to walk or drive on. You can see the beautiful results from the photographs included.
