London Cobble a Popular Choice for a New Driveway in Altrincham!
Lasting Impressions was fortunate enough to install a stunning new driveway in Altrincham at a beautiful property recently. While it was a fairly new semi-detached house, it had been built in a style that complimented the older surrounding properties and as a result required a pattern imprinted concrete driveway that suited this.
Our clients chose to have their new driveway in Altrincham, printed in London Cobble and coloured in classic grey which perfectly worked with the outside appearance of the house. The pattern imprinted concrete driveway was across the front of the house providing a generous parking area for cars, a much-needed resource for most homes in Altrincham!
There were a few recessed manholes which we needed to accommodate which, as you can see from the photographs, are almost indistinguishable as they can be covered with the concrete. We also installed a SuDs compliant ACO drain along the front of the driveway. This ensures that surface water has somewhere to flow into and avoids water deposits collecting on the new driveway in Altrincham. The driveway was then covered with an anti-slip sealant which also gives it a lovely sheen.
Why have a pattern imprinted concrete driveway?
There are many benefits to having this type of driveway. One of the most practical reasons is that it is low maintenance. Any dirt, stains or oil deposits can be easily washed away and as the surface is UV stable it won’t fade over time.
